Decision-making and foresight
AI agents analyze data, identify trends and risks, and generate forecasts that support better and faster decisions.
AI agents take automation beyond traditional workflows. They not only perform predefined tasks, but are also capable of analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and acting purposefully as part of business processes.
AI agents are effective, for example, at:
AI agents not only streamline individual processes, but also transform the way an organization makes decisions and responds to change. They provide a continuous, data-driven view of business operations and enable more proactive, efficient operations.
In practice, this means:
AI agents add value across various areas of business and can be widely utilized in organizational operations.
AI agents analyze data, identify trends and risks, and generate forecasts that support better and faster decisions.
Routine tasks, workflows, and document processing can be intelligently automated, which improves efficiency and reduces errors.
AI agents can analyze customer communications and automate customer service.
Internal AI assistants support employees in areas such as information retrieval, IT and HR services, and day-to-day work by generating documentation, guidelines, and reports, among other things.
AI agents detect anomalies, support compliance requirements, and automate audits.
They can detect abnormal behavior, monitor usage, and ensure the quality of data and processes.
AI agents provide business leaders with a continuous, up-to-date view of the organization’s performance, how implemented automations are functioning, and where to focus efforts. They act as an intelligent assistant to management, collecting, combining, and analyzing information about the organization’s operations and performance, and highlighting the key insights that support decision-making.
We integrate AI agents into existing architecture and business processes. We define clear roles, responsibilities, and oversight mechanisms to ensure that operations are transparent, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
AI agents enhance the capabilities of experts and bring intelligent, goal-oriented automation into your company’s daily operations.
Security first! GenAI models often have security vulnerabilities, as all model data is queryable by default. Working with our clients in the financial sector, we have developed practices for safely utilizing sensitive data.
With our strong integration expertise, AI solutions can be seamlessly embedded into larger or existing systems.
Leveraging AI at scale is expensive. We have addressed this challenge by training local models. A task-specific local model can deliver significant cost benefits.
GenAI is not always the right solution in terms of cost or quality. For example, for different classification problems there are often more scalable machine learning models available.
Our experts have extensive experience with other machine learning approaches as well, and we always select the technologies that best match the client's needs.

We are a certified training partner in AI Finland's 'AI 1000: Growth through AI' program, coaching business leaders, owners, and boards on leveraging AI strategically to accelerate growth, competitiveness, and exports. The training is delivered as an efficient 2+4 hour package focused on business benefits.

AI Finland and Business Finland gathered recommendations for trusted AI service providers from established companies and public organizations for their 'The Finnish AI Landscape 2025' joint publication. Fluentia is one of these recommended AI service providers!

The AI-based content production suite will revolutionise the way OIKIO works. We implemented an industry-changing content production pipeline for OIKIO that leverages AI agents. Users of the service implemented by Fluentia can create new AI action paths through the easy-to-use interface developed in the project. The AI action paths enable the automation of various repetitive content production tasks and streamline many stages of content creation.
RPT sought to transform their vast collection of unstructured data into structured data products. We leveraged AI and large language models (LLMs) to convert this unstructured data into structured formats, creating relevant and useful classifications for RPT's clients. To safeguard RPT's business data from potential changes in OpenAI services, such as pricing or availability, we also developed a local model tailored to produce similar results without relying on external services.

Enerim, a leading service and SaaS solution provider for the energy sector, sought to explore the potential of generative AI in accelerating software delivery without compromising quality. While they had already taken steps towards AI adoption by integrating AI tools into their workflows, they faced a common challenge – how to get the most out of these tools and truly embed AI into their development culture. We stepped in with a structured approach: AI Coaching by Developers, for Developers. Through hands-on guidance, real-world coding sessions, and tailored coaching, our team helped Enerim's developers build confidence in leveraging AI-powered tools effectively.
Fluentia's team has been involved in modernising the computing applications of a financial sector company. The modernisation was AI-enhanced, so that both the technical modernisation from one programming language to a more modern one and the architecture update were carried out using AI tools. Fluentia's AI toolkit significantly helped manage the risk of updating business-critical computing applications. Compared with a more traditional renewal project, the project was able to avoid manual coding errors and expand the amount of automated testing in quality assurance.

We have developed a discussion platform for a Finnish media company that uses AI-based automoderation to reduce the need for manual moderation. The automoderation was implemented as a classification model, for which a custom machine learning model was trained. The automoderation tool we developed detects and removes hate speech and helps respond to messages in real time, reducing the need for manual moderation without compromising moderation quality. The solution consists of a learning machine learning component and an API-based discussion platform. The project was carried out in close collaboration with the client.
Fluentia has been providing its expertise in designing the cloud architecture and data protection for the AI services of a Finnish pension company. In addition, we have been working with Microsoft experts to implement one of the world's first fully private network-restricted Azure OpenAI and Prompt Flow solutions for them.

We have been implementing the underlying AI search solutions that support the editorial work and customer searches of a Finnish media house. Our solution is responsible for processing published content into the vector format required by AI content search. It also handles query processing so that relevant content fragments can be retrieved from the indexed content for the language model to form its response.
We have been responsible for the design of the cloud architecture and security for the AI services of a Finnish non-life insurance company.

We leveraged AI-based content parsing and structured formatting in the automation processes of our travel and leisure client. The AI implementation has enabled the automated processing of previously difficult-to-structure materials such as emails, and through that raised the level of automation in operations.
