We are a low-hierarchy company where you have the opportunity to influence your own development as well as that of the company and, if you wish, also follow the company's operations closely. Our pay model is based on invoicing, meaning that as a specialist, you get a percentage of the work invoiced. However, we guarantee a certain income level during months when there shall be no invoicing on your part. We all know each other's salaries, so pay equity is not just a figure of speech for us.
