Transparency extends to pay

We are a flat-hierarchy company where you can influence both your own and the company's development and, if you wish, follow the company's operations closely. Our salary model is based on billing — as an expert you receive a share of billed work, but we also guarantee a minimum income in months when there is no billing. Everyone at Fluentia knows each other's salaries, so pay transparency is not just empty words.

Location doesn't matter

We believe work flows best where you live and thrive. That's why you decide for yourself whether you work from our main office in Turku, from your home, or from your cottage. What matters most to us and our clients is quality work that you can also be proud of.

Currently you'll find Fluentians in Southwest Finland, North Ostrobothnia, Tampere region, and Helsinki region. There's room for more regions!
