We collect personal data described below only for pre-defined purposes, which are described in more detail in the following sections:

Job applicants

During the job application and recruitment process, we process the following data about you:

  • First and last name
  • Email address

In addition to the above, we process the following data to the extent you provide it during the recruitment process:

  • Phone number
  • Postal address and city of residence
  • Current employer
  • Education and work history
  • Skills and professional competence
  • Public profile information from LinkedIn, Github, Twitter etc., and information shared via CV

This data is used in the recruitment process and for communication during the application phase, as well as to support onboarding if employment begins.

Customers and partners

When you are a customer or partner of Fluentia, we may process the following data about you:

  • First and last name
  • Customer or partner company details including contact information
  • Position and contact details (email and phone number)
  • Other data provided by you (feedback, event participation, newsletter subscriptions)
  • IP address data used for managing customer and partner relationships and for marketing purposes

Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes defined in this privacy policy or as required by law. Job applicant data is generally retained for a maximum of 12 months after the conclusion of the recruitment process.

Data sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or regulatory authority. We may use trusted subcontractors in delivering services, in which case they act as data processors.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to processing of your data
  • Request data portability to another controller
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
